This Shipping Policy governs the processing, shipment, and delivery of all garden supply orders, including outdoor decor, live plants, seeds & bulbs, and planters, placed through our online store. We are committed to safe, timely shipping, with special handling for fragile, perishable, and live items to ensure they arrive in optimal condition. All orders undergo thorough processing and inspection after full payment confirmation, with processing times typically ranging from 2 to 4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Slight delays may occur during peak planting seasons, holiday periods, or due to weather conditions that affect live plant shipping, and we will notify customers promptly of any unexpected delays.
We use specialized packaging tailored to each product type to prevent damage during transit, a critical detail for fragile and perishable garden items. Live plants are carefully wrapped in moist, protective packaging to retain moisture during shipping, placed in sturdy, ventilated boxes to prevent crushing and ensure airflow, and labeled as “live plants” for special carrier handling. Seeds and bulbs are sealed in moisture-proof, labeled packets to preserve freshness and prevent spillage, then placed in padded envelopes or rigid boxes to avoid bending or damage. Planters and ceramic/terracotta containers are wrapped in thick bubble wrap and foam padding, with reinforced cardboard boxes to protect against chips, cracks, and breakage, while outdoor decor is secured with protective wrapping to prevent scratches and weather-related damage in transit.
We partner with reliable, trusted shipping carriers to deliver orders domestically and internationally, with delivery times varying by destination and product type. Standard domestic delivery generally takes 4 to 8 business days after shipment, while international orders typically take 10 to 25 business days, depending on customs processing and local carrier speed. Delivery times are estimates only, and we are not responsible for delays caused by extreme weather, customs inspections, carrier delays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. We strongly recommend placing orders for live plants and seasonal bulbs well in advance of planting seasons to account for potential shipping delays.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and product type, with perishable live plants and large planters incurring slightly higher shipping fees due to special handling and packaging requirements. All shipping fees are clearly displayed before payment and are non-refundable once the order has been shipped. Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete shipping information, including full name, physical address, postal code, and contact details; incomplete or incorrect information may result in delayed delivery, failed delivery attempts, or additional re-shipping fees, which the customer will be required to cover.
Once shipped, a unique tracking number will be sent to the customer’s email, allowing real-time monitoring of package status. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages marked as delivered by the carrier; in such cases, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue, and we will provide necessary tracking documentation to assist. For live plants that arrive wilted or damaged, or broken planters/decor, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging to qualify for resolution. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or inspection charges imposed by the destination country, all of which are the sole responsibility of the customer and not included in product or shipping costs. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders to regions with strict import restrictions on live plants, seeds, or bulbs, or with unreliable carrier services.
